CIRCUS PEANUT SALAD 
1/3 c. minute tapioca
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 c. water
6 oz. circus peanuts (18)
Sm. container Cool Whip (2 c.)

Cook tapioca, water, and sugar until thickens. Take off heat, put peanuts in. Stir until melted, add pineapple and whip cream.
