SQUASH CASSEROLE 
12 squash (zucchini/summer)
2 med. onions
2 carrots
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
Cornbread dressing mix, Pepperidge Farm
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook squash and mash. Grate onions, and carrots. Add 1/2 pint sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup.

1 stick butter and Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix. Layer ingredients in Corning Ware dish finishing with layer of crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees uncovered.
