CAVETTINI 
8 oz. rotini (or macaroni twists)
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
3 oz. pepperoni, diced (I use 5oz.)
1/2 c. green pepper
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese (I use more)

Cook noodles until tender and drain. Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into a greased (spray with Pam) 3 quart casserole (I use a 9 x 13 inch pan). Top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
