ORANGE GLAZED PECANS 
Juice from 1 orange (or 1/3 c. frozen orange juice)
1 c. sugar
4 c. pecans

Cook juice and sugar until sugar dissolves, add pecans and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until liquid is absorbed. Spread on cookie sheet. Let cool and store in airtight containers. This is also good using pina colada mix or pineapple juice instead of orange juice.
