BLENDER COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour all in blender. Blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour in greased pie tin. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

For egg custard, sprinkle with nutmeg instead of coconut.
