BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of a 12 cup muffin tin. In medium bowl beat egg slightly. Add remaining ingredients except blueberries. Mix until moistened. Fold in berries. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
