HUNGARIAN APRICOT PASTRY (KIFLI) 
1 lb. butter or (Land of Lakes butter)
1 lb. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 egg yolks

Mix like pie dough. Knead well together. Shape into balls, about teaspoon size (not level). Put on cookie sheet in refrigerator overnight.

FILLING AND TOPPING:

4 cans apricot (Solo brand)
2 c. nuts, chopped (coarse)
2 tbsp. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten

Roll out balls, fill with apricots, dip in beaten egg yolks, dip in nuts mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven - do not over brown.
