PEACH JELLO SALAD 
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. peach Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 large container of Cool Whip

Boil pineapple and Jello together until Jello dissolves. Set in refrigerator until slightly congealed. Add buttermilk and Cool Whip; mix thoroughly and pour into container. Set in refrigerator until set.
