PEACH COBBLER 
2 cans peaches in water or own juice
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Bisquick
6 sugar substitutes
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

In a 2 quart baking dish place peaches and the juice; add water, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well.

In a medium bowl combine Bisquick sugar substitutes and milk. Stir to form a dough. Turn dough on a floured surface. Roll out in 1/8 inch thick strips about 6. Push 3 strips under peach mixture; cover completely with peaches. Top the peaches with remaining 3 strips dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
