BARBEQUE MEATLOAF 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
3 slices toasted white bread
1 c. milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. oregano
Barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Hand mix all ingredients (except barbecue sauce) thoroughly. Place in an ungreased pan (9"x5"x3"). Form mixture into a loaf. Cover loaf completely with barbecue sauce. Bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove loaf from oven and drain grease from pan. Add more barbecue sauce to loaf and put back into the oven for another 1/2 hour.
