3 lb. chicken drummettes 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. pepper Blend well (except chicken drummettes) before mixing with liquids. 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. soy sauce Make sauce and cook about 3 minutes until thick. Place chicken wings in a single layer in baking pan, blob on some of the sauce. Cook about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees, basting during baking with remaining sauce. |
