BRANDY FLAMBAY 
1/2 stick butter
6 tbsp. oil
6 heaping tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. apples
2 bananas
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. grapes
1 juice orange (squeeze in mix)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. brandy

Heat oil in skillet, spoon in confectioners' sugar and stir until a syrup is formed. Stir in lemon juice, orange juice and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Add all fruit, nuts and brown sugar and simmer 5 minutes. Raise heat to high. Carefully add brandy (watch out for a flame up!). Simmer 2 minutes on low heat. Great on ice cream or pound cake!
