1 c. mayonnaise (eggless may be used)
1 c. sour cream (imitation sour cream can be used)
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained

Mix ingredients and chill overnight. Serve with veggies or sour dough bread.
