CINNAMON BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk (to make buttermilk - 1/2 tbsp. vinegar added to 1/2 c. milk; let stand for 15 minutes)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

In pan, put 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water, and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Let butter melt. Pour over sugar and flour. Then mix. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour into a greased extra large cookie sheet or a 13 x 9 inch pan and a 9 x 9 inch square pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Boil ingredients and pour over a box of confectioners' sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and some chopped nuts. Mix, then pour over brownies.
