EGGS FOR BRUNCH | |
1 lb. loose sausage 3 slices decrusted and cubed bread 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 8 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper, sm. amount Brown sausage lightly and drain, butter Pyrex dish smaller then 13 x 9, sprinkle sausage in bottom, cubed bread on top, cheese on top. Pour mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Put in cold oven. Turn oven to 325 or 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes or less. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 15 more minutes. |
