CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. chicken, diced
1/2 c. onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. homemade noodles
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
(Save 1/2 cup for top)

Cook noodles in broth and drain. Add to the rest of ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese. Serves 12. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
