MAMA'S CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
2 to 3 c. milk
3 egg yolks (set aside whites for meringue)

Melt 1/2 stick butter in cast iron skillet. Add mixture stir on medium heat continuously so it won't stick. Bring to slow boil, when thick pour into 1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust (you'll have some leftover to eat). Top with meringue, cook in oven 350 degrees until meringue browns.
