BARBECUED SHRIMP 
1 lb. sm. whole raw shrimp
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. coarse ground pepper
2 good shakes Tabasco
2 shakes garlic powder

Remove heads from shrimp, but do not remove shells. Clean and wash shrimp and drain in a colander.

Place shrimp in a single layer in a casserole. Cover with dabs of butter. Sprinkle with Tabasco, ground pepper and garlic salt.

Bake for 3 minutes more. Cover with a lid or Saran Wrap. Stir while baking. These may be grilled until pink instead of baked.

This is a complete meal for 2 when served with lots of hot garlic bread to lap up the delicious sauce.
