HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper, catsup, mustard, or relish
Use plain or toasted hamburger buns

(Or can use toasted split English muffins, toasted white bread slices - optional).

1. With spoon, mix well beef, onion, salt and pepper.

2. Shape mixture gently into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
