YOGURT VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. finely grated carrot
2 tsp. finely grated onion
1 tsp. finely grated green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
dash white pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp. dried mustard

Beat cottage cheese with fork in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients except yogurt, and mix well. Fold in yogurt. Cover and chill.

Use with raw veggies, chips or crackers.
