MARK'S FAVORITE FRUITY CHEESE
CAKE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries), rinsed and drained
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell
Cut fruit to decorate top such as grapes, cherries, and mandarin oranges

In medium bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk and continue beating until blended. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in fruit; pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours until set. Decorate with cut fruit.

Serves 6 to 8.
