2 c. cooked ham, sausage, or ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese

Slightly beat 4 eggs, add milk and Bisquick. Spread cubed meat on pie plate. Sprinkle onions, celery, and bell peppers over meat. Pour liquid over meat mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30 minutes longer.
