MASTER HOT ROLL DOUGH 
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
3/4 c. hot tap water
1 egg

In large bowl combine yeast from foil packet with flour mixture. Stir in hot tap water and egg; mix until dough forms a ball. Cover; let rise on wire rack over bowl or pan to which boiling water has been added, until light and doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes.

Knead dough on well-floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth and no longer sticky. Divide into 3 equal parts. Shape into loaf or rolls or place in greased muffin cups.
