NACHOS 
Sm. bar Velveeta Mexican cheese
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. sausage
1 lg. onion
1 c. milk
1 jar picante sauce or taco sauce
1 jar salsa
1 can green chiles

Brown sausage and ground beef in skillet with onion. Melt Velveeta in microwave or double boiler. Drain meats thoroughly and mix all ingredients together. Use as dip or pour over tortilla chips. May be kept warm in slow cooker or crock pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
