NACHOS 
1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. chorizo sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2-3 c. shredded Jack cheese
3/4 c. salsa sauce
Several green onions
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1 c. sour cream or 1 mo.
2-3 avocados
Tortilla chips or corn chips

Spread beans in 10x15 inch pan. Brown meat, chorizo and onions. Add over beans. Sprinkle chopped chilies over meat. Cover with cheese. Pour salsa over cheese. Cover and chill, if made ahead. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and 1 cup pitted ripe olives. Serve with mashed avocados and sour cream and tortilla chips or corn chips.
