BROCCOLI SAN FRANCISCO 
1/2 lb. broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushroom sliced
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese

Cut tops from broccoli; cut stems into thin pieces, 1/2 inch long. Stir-fry in butter over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.

Stir in mushrooms and bean sprouts. Continue stir-frying 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Sprinkle with cheese; mix lightly.

4 servings.
