TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Chopped tomatoes (optional)
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 head lettuce
1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans
Taco chips
Chopped onions (optional)

Brown hamburger and mix in water, seasonings and beans. When boils, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered. Cool for 10 minutes. Mix mayonnaise and chill sauce together and add to meat mixture. Shred lettuce. Crunch up chips. Layer on plate, chips, lettuce, and top with meat, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
