PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. lard plus 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut lard and butter into flour and salt until crumbly. Add 1/2 cup ice water and mix lightly. Pat into a ball. Handle as little as possible. Roll onto floured board. Bake at 375 degrees till lightly browned.

FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Mix and boil above ingredients until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons dry strawberry jello. Cool. Fill pie shell (baked) with strawberries. Pour glaze over and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
