1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix above 9 ingredients together.

CHEESE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels

Mix filling ingredients together. Use small tins, line with papers. Put 1 teaspoon chocolate batter and 1 teaspoon cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
