8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. reconstituted lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crust Whip cream cheese until fluffy; add milk. Blend until smooth. Put vanilla in lemon juice; add to cream cheese mixture. Put in graham cracker crust; chill. Add your favorite canned fruit pie filling. |
