LECHEFLAN 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine eggs, sugar and milk and mix thoroughly. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup water and cook over medium heat to make thick syrup. Coat inside of metal container or aluminum Jello mold (we use metal mixing bowl) with syrup. Pour mixed ingredients in container. Cover tight (with aluminum foil if container doesn't have cover).

Put 2 cups of water in pressure cooker. Put the round part with holes at the bottom of pressure cooker and set container in pressure cooker. Cook for 15 minutes (start time when cooker starts jiggling). Let cool and put container in refrigerator. When flan is completely chilled, turn onto a serving dish.
