PARMESAN BUBBLE LOAF 
Frozen bread
Parmesan cheese
Melted butter

Line tube pan (angel food) with foil. Break thawed bread into small pieces. Dip into melted butter and roll in Parmesan cheese. Fill pan half. Let rise while covered. Serve warm with guacamole dip.

DIP:

2 avocados, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. tomato, chopped

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Beat all ingredients together except tomato. Add tomato, cover and refrigerate.
