JALAPENO JELLY 
This is very good as an hors d'oeuvre. Spread cream cheese on cracker, then a little jalapeno jelly or put 1/2 a jar of jelly in a small baking dish, place a wedge of brie cheese on top of jelly - heat just until brie melts. Serve hot with crackers/bread sticks.

3/4 c. ground bell pepper
3/4 c. jalapeno peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 bottles Certo

Food process peppers. Put sugar, vinegar in a large pot, cook low heat. Stir frequently. Add peppers, bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Add Certo, bring to full boil. Pour in jars and seal.
