2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
2 sm. jars or 1 Junior jar plum or prune baby food

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at one time. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
