CHOCOLATE HAYSTACKS 
1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled

Mix 1/3 coconut and noodles in medium bowl. Add melted chocolate and stir until well blended. Drop mixture onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Press to compact. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Cool for 1 hour.
