OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN | |
Line large pan with aluminum foil. Cover with a thin layer of cooking oil. Pan should be large enough so chicken will not be crowded. Heat in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Have frying pieces coated with flour to which salt, pepper, savory salt and Accent have been added. Place pieces in the pan, skin side up. Bake for 30 minutes, turn, and bake 30 minutes more. |
