BREAKFAST BAGELS 
1/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 tsp. reduce calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of hot sauce
1/2 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 tbsp. minced lean cooked ham
1 tsp. diced pimento
1 bagel, split and toasted

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth. Stir in eggs, ham, and pimento. Spread 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese mixture on each bagel half. Makes 2 servings. (161 calories per serving).
