“BOURBON SWEET POTATOES” IS IN:

BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
3 (1 lb. 2 oz) cans sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups small marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Using a large saucepan, cook sweet potatoes over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through. Mash the sweet potatoes. Add sugar, bourbon, butter and vanilla. Beat until well blended.

Pour into a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with the marshmallows.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

9 servings.
