LYNN'S CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can whole chiles
1 sm. can whole chiles
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Stuff the peppers with the Jack cheese and place in casserole dish. 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Mix these ingredients and pour over the chiles. Top with 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool slightly before serving.
