CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 c. melted butter 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (5 oz.) can canned milk 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey 1 1/2 c. frozen peas 2 tbsp. finely chopped celery 2 tbsp. minced onion Mix stuffing and butter. Cover a 9x13 inch pan with 2 cups stuffing mix. Save the rest for top. Mix soup, milk, broth, chicken, peas, celery, and onion. Pour in baking dish and cover with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10-20 minutes. Serves 8-10. |
