BEER BATTER 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 1/2 tbsp. beer
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 c. flour (for later)

Beat eggs slightly, add beer and butter. Stir dry ingredients into liquid and mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerated for 1 hour.

Dip into 1/2 cup flour first and into batter. Fry until brown. Excellent for onion rings, all vegetables.
