CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
6-7 lg. potatoes 1 stick butter, melted or cut into sm. pieces 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. scallions 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt Boil potatoes until tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash potatoes with potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put into buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6. |
