BANANA NUT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then add bananas. Sift flour with baking powder and soda. Stir flour into egg mixture and add vanilla. Fold in sour cream and add nuts. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
