PEANUT BUTTER - OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky)
3 1/2 c. regular oats, uncooked
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins (optional)

Cream butter gradually. Add sugar, beating well. Add eggs and peanut butter, mixing well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in raisins.

Drop dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheets then remove to wire racks. Yield: 9 dozen.
