BUTTERSCOTCH POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 oz. butterscotch bits
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cheese and butter, beat well. Add sugar slowly, then eggs. Add flour, then bits and pecans. Bake in bundt pan at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, then 300 degrees for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours or until done.
