LORI FREED'S CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head shredded cabbage
1 med. onion
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 pkg. chicken flavor Romaine noodles (crunched), save the seasoning packet
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Combine cabbage, onion, almonds, Romaine noodles and oil. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Dressing: Combine seasoning packet, sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix all together.
