BLUEBERRY STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries
Streusel Topping

Grease and flour 9 inch springform or 10 inch tube pan.

On wax paper, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg.

Add flour mixture and milk. Stir until dry mixture is moistened. Gently fold in blueberries (be careful or mixture will turn blue).

Turn into prepared pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
