BONELESS CHUCK ROAST 
4 lbs. chuck roast
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
Onions
Carrots
Potatoes
1 bouillon cubes

Place in covered saucepan, bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 hours. This can also be done in the oven. First brown beef, place in roasting pan, arrange vegetables, cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
