BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 
6 tbsp. butter
Cocoa (baking), 1/3 c. light, 1/2 c. med. or 3/4 c. dark
2 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl, cream butter. Add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk; add more milk, if needed. Blend in vanilla. Makes 2 cups.
