2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Mix sugar and flour together. Put water and cocoa on and bring to a boil. Put soda in buttermilk. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO not use a mixer, stir by hand.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa

Put on stove and get hot. Pour in 1 box confectioners sugar and 6 tablespoons milk and a dash of vanilla. Mix well and spread on cake.
